Country Energy says Thanks

During an informal gathering in Wagga Wagga last June, PLP were congratulated by senior Country Energy management for a job well done. Country Energy Manager Supply Chain , Mr Peter Frew said over dinner that "PLP is one of our best and most reliable suppliers, and demonstrate on a daily basis that they are truly committed to providing real customer service and satisfaction. The relationship we have built over the years continues to strenghten, and we look forward to developing innovative product and supply chain solutions together, as the of the three former power companies progress". Logistics Manager Chris O'Rourke was also appreciative of PLP's efforts and said, "I don't recall ever having to chase PLP on a delivery or invoicing issue, which makes our jobs all that much easier". PLP certainly values positive feedback, and recognises that if it were not for the support of customers like Country Energy, then maintaining a vibrant manufacturing facility in Australia would be that much more difficult. These sentiments were echoed by PLP's Sales and Marketing Manger, Derek Jefferson who said, "We are certainly appreciative of Country Energy's very kind recognition, but this business is a two way street. Without the patronage of customers such as Country Energy, PLP would be a very different company."
