Molong Substation
PLP Australia has successfully completed the manufacture of the Buss system for the Molong Substation, part of the Transgrid network. PLP designed the pre-fabricated Buss system and the components were fully fabricated at PLP facilities at Glendenning in Sydney. The requirement for accuracy and quality inspection during manufacturing was a major requirement of the project as a small mis alignment would have meant major construction problems and delays on site the completed Buss system was freighted to site ready for on site installation.
